haha.. yes.. swam that today.. total about 2km of water.. not alot.. haha.. need to step it up.. haha.. sis says i should concentrate more on stroke and drills.. haha.. devised.. a training schedule.. haha.. one day.. will go to the pool.. 10 laps each drills.. followed by a rest/snack and then 10 laps each drills again.. haha.. lets see how that goes.. totals to about 3km of drills.. non inclusive warm up and all.. haha.. should take me about 2 hours 30mins.. haha.. must find the time.. haha..
